Pacific L. A. Marine Terminal LLC (PLAMT) is addressing the concerns of the community. One concern is the visual impact of the project. PLAMT has reviewed the visual impact. There will be some changes to the visual landscape of the area. The tankers berthing at Berth 408 will change the present landscape. The following comparison has been completed to indicate the visual impact of the project as compared to the present visual impact in the vicinity of Berth 408.
