Crude delivered into Berth 408 will be transported via pipeline to the storage facility. Pacific’s customers will then instruct Pacific to deliver it to their refinery. The refinery will manufacture feed stocks, jet fuel, diesel and gasoline. The products will then be transported to product storage area via pipeline. From the product storage areas, the products will be distributed to local filling stations and airports.
