Pacific L. A. Marine Terminal LLC proposes to build a new berth on the southwestern edge of Pier 400 at Berth 408. The berth will be a deep-water petroleum bulk liquid marine offloading and storage facility with related storage facilities on Terminal Island in the Port. Pacific L. A. Marine Terminal LLC is committed to designing the facilities with engineering and technology focus on creating a green terminal.
